Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Standard shipping within Australia takes 5–7 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
